The CNIA 2009 Third National Nursing Informatics Conference will be held November 22 to 24, 2009 at the Delta Meadowvale Resort and Conference Centre, Mississauga, Ontario (very close to the Toronto Pearson Airport). Registration is available for the PreConference, the Full Conference or Single Day attendance. Visit our Registration area to reserve your place at the Conference.

The Theme of this Conference will be “Nurse 2.0? with a focus on how Web 2.0 and social media, as well as other technological means of collaboration, networking, innovation, and global awareness and initiatives impact on the practice of nursing in Canada.

Keynote speakers include:

  • Social Media Expert and former Miss Canada – Juliette Powell
  • Policy Analyst Expert Francesca Grosso
  • Canadian nursing informatics expert Lynn Nagle
  • plus a C-HOBIC Panel led by the Canadian “Grand Dame” of Nursing Informatics, Kathryn Hannah and Peggy White.
