Inspire Net is a network of researchers, practitioners, policy-makers, educators and students working together to improve nursing health services in British Columbia, Canada. In keeping with ar mission to create collaborative advantage,<\/p>\n

InspireNet has adopted a leadership model that enables various leaders to integrate their unique and diverse knowledge, skills, connections and resources in a \u2018value added\u2019 approach. Emphasis is on bringing together researchers and<\/p>\n

decision-makers in academic \u2013 practice collaborations across the province. It is anticipated that such linkages will support innovation and uptake of knowledge. They also encourage members to join established Action Teams, and attend regular<\/p>\n

professional development webinars and other events.<\/p>\n
