HIMSS Nursing Informatics Community

The role of the nurse in the use of technology to improve the delivery of patient care has evolved. In response, HIMSS has embarked on an initiative to build a community within its membership base for those with a role in nursing informatics. The community helps HIMSS establish its strategic direction and official positions on issues relating to nursing informatics. Here you will find initiatives and resources to promote and support the field of nursing informatics

Issues are published at the end of each season. Deadlines for submissions include:

  • Summer 2011 Issue – deadline July 31st
